Merlot Night Asada

Friday, May 20th a select group of wine club members enjoyed a special ‘Asada’ to celebrate the single barrel production 2007 Merlot. In true Argentinian style
Traditional Gauchos dressed in customary uniform were on hand to cook authentic BBQ consisting of Chorizo, Pork, Chicken and Beef over an open flame.
The delicious food would not be complete without “branded” Empandas and of course, Chimichurri. All to be savored with Doffo wines hand selected for the evening.  

As a special treat, each guest placed their names into a drawing where Marcelo raffled 5 bottles of very special wine. Our friends Christian and Lupita delighted us with the traditional Argentine dance, The Tango and guests were invited to participate. In true Doffo Style, we brought Argentina to Temecula. For those of you who were able to attend thank you for sharing this special night with us.
