  2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Private Reserve

Twenty eight months in the barrel, a lot of care and patient give to this wine and incredible character, elegant hint of black berries, toasted hazelnut, oak and an incredible finish with a tobacco touch. Rack of lamb, mush potatoes and good company will be the perfect pair.

Totally made with state grown grapes, pre-selected cluster, at harvest. Meticulous hand crafted, unfiltered. Put us on the map of one of Temecula’s best and bolder cabernet. Bordeaux Style, 90% Cab.   2004 Mistura

This hand crafted wine is a full bodied red. Consisting of the 2 main varietals with a small percentage of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Frank, it excites the mouth with interesting flavors of cherries and chocolate and a hint of red pepper. Its intense color and fruitiness show its true character.

Is a wonderful distinctive aromatic wine. Grapes are left in the plant to over ripe and release a concentration of all the flavors, aromas of apricot, peach and honeysuckle. Enjoy!!
