Doffo Wine Club Terms & Conditions

  1. Must be 21 years of age or older to sign up for club membership.
  2. If wine is being shipped, an adult over 21 must be available to sign for the package. It is recommended that a business address be used for the delivery to avoid delays.
  3. Wine Club member authorizes Doffo Winery to automatically bill the credit card on file for all wine club shipments and associated fees.
  4. Member is required to notify Doffo Winery of any address, billing, or shipping changes at least two (2) weeks prior to when account will be charged to avoid delays. Additional shipping charges will be applied to misdirected wines at the member’s expense.
  5. Communication with the wine club member is done via email. Member agrees to read all emails from Doffo Winery pertaining to club shipments, events, and other club offerings.
  6. Wine club emails will be sent a few weeks before each shipment is ready, with details about the featured wines, charges to the account, how to make changes, when to expect the shipment, or when it will be ready for pick up or will-call members.
  7. Credit cards are charged on the 1st day of the month (Feb, May, Aug, and Nov for Legacy Wine Club; Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct for MotoDoffo Heritage Wine Club).Taxes, shipping, and handling will apply on all shipments. Doffo Winery reserves the right to delay shipping due to weather conditions that may not be ideal for the wine.
  8. Club members understand that any purchases made prior to the shipment charge will not be counted as their shipment and the member will still be charged for the upcoming regular shipment.
  9. Doffo Wine Club is a subscription and will continue until you request to cancel your membership with us. You may cancel your membership after you have purchased your initial bottles to activate your membership AND received three (3) automatic shipments, but not within 5 days of a wine club release. It is the wine club member’s responsibility to notify the Doffo Wine Club Department to cancel their membership via email at wineclub@doffowines.com. Shipments processed prior to cancellation are non-refundable. Any cancellations made prior to the third shipment will incur an early termination fee of $50 in addition to any outstanding product and shipment fees.
  10. Will-call members may pick up their wines after the credit cards have been processed on the 1st of each wine club month.
  11. Member benefits are non-transferable. Membership is limited to two (2) people. Wine club member must be present to use benefits.
  12. All wine club members listed on the account authorize Doffo Winery to publish any photographs of them or their guests for use in marketing and company publications.
  13. In an effort to maintain the integrity of the wine, we may hold or delay shipments due to extreme hot or cold weather in our area, your area, or areas through which your wine will travel.

Wine Club Cancellation Policy

Doffo Wine Club is a subscription and will continue until you request to cancel your membership with us. You may cancel your membership after you have purchased your initial bottles to activate your membership AND received three (3) automatic shipments, but not within 5 days of a wine club release. All cancellation requests must be done via email to wineclub@doffowines.com.

A membership is not cancelled until confirmed by a wine club representative.

Wine Club Shipping Policy

We are working hard to streamline our shipping process and improve our communications with regards to shipping orders.

Wine club orders are scheduled to be shipped on the first Monday of the month. As we pack your order we may create a shipping label, which may send you an email notifying you that your order is being shipped. Please keep in mind that your order will be shipped on the scheduled shipping date, even if you receive this email days before. Your tracking information will be updated once your order ships.

Shipping of your wine club order may be delayed due to severe weather in our area, your area, or the route between. We will not ship if our/your weather is 85 degrees or higher. We will not ship if your weather or weather between us is below 35 degrees. Orders will be held until weather permits.

An adult aged 21 or over must be present to sign for the delivery. Any shipment returned or needing to be rerouted due to an incorrect address or inability to deliver will incur additional charges.
